Planning a wedding takes a lot of time and effort, and if you're reading this, then there's a good chance that the bar is an important factor for you. You want your special day to be memorable for everyone, for all the right reasons. We can handle all things drink related for you, and ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. Let's be honest, on your big day, the last thing on your mind is if you've got enough napkins and garnish for everyone!


As we are The Ultimate Mobile Bar we can provide everything through from drinks, ice, and garnishes through to both table and clearance services. It's your day, so it should be run the way that you want. Just get in touch and tell us the details of your wedding, any special touches that you'd like, and we'll handle the rest!

Pricing

We offer multiple different ways to hire us:


Cash Bar - No hire fee, just an easy to hit minimum spend. Guests can pay by cash or card. We handle everything.


Pre-paid Bar - Still no hire fee, just an easy to hit minimum spend. This can be handled by a pre-set limit, paid in advance, or as an open bar paid at the end of the event.


Part Pre-paid/Token Bar - Again, no hire fee. Putting money behind the bar so that your guests can begin the day with drinks at no cost to them, before moving onto a cash bar. We can also offer a token system, to avoid the "early-bird" catching the "worm".


Hire Fee - You pay a small hire charge, and in return have no minimum spend, and all drink prices are reduced.


Other Packages - Arrival and toast drinks packages are available on a price per head basis.
